Overview
The Preparing and Delivering Confident Presentations online training focuses on developing your skills to achieve successful presentations, increasing your personal impact and influence. Spotlighting two key areas to reinforce your skills: effective preparation and confident and engaging delivery.

Learn how to get your message across, achieving the outcomes you want remotely or in person. Prepare for different situations including job interviews and workplace presentations. This interactive workshop will provide you with tips and techniques to take your presentations to the next level. You will have the opportunity to practice your skills by delivering a short presentation to receive supportive feedback.

Course Leader:
Tony Cash is an expert on policy, strategy and risk management best practice. He is a former civil servant and his roles included Head of Strategy and Communications for the Joint Trade Policy Unit and Deputy Director, Department for Business internal training team. He has trained people in policy making best practice, better regulation, risk management, and personal effectiveness across the UK and overseas.

Participants are recommended to bring some material as a starting point for assembling their draft presentation during the event.
